Adult Guardianship Clinics
Guardianship Petitions (starting the guardianship process) -- get help to determine whether a guardianship is appropriate, assistance with which forms to file, guidance on obtaining fee waivers, and reporting and accounting procedures
3rd Thursday of each month at 2 p.m.,
Guardianship Reports & Accounting (for existing guardians) -- get help assessing accounting documentation needed, assistance completing the forms and guidance on review hearings and guardianship management going forward
4th Thursday of each month at 5 p.m.

Income qualifications: Guardians at 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline AND Incapacitated Person with assets/estates/trusts at $3,000 or less
